Please note that all shipping costs detailed on our Product pages are listed for UK rates only. Purchases only accepted in UK GBP. Any overseas purchases may be subjected to additional charges. Customers are requested to email john@jwbooks.co.uk prior to purchase for exact costing.

Refunds are accepted within a fourteen day period of purchase. To request a refund please email john@jwbooks.co.uk with a valid reason for return. All products must be returned in the same condition as original sale. Customers have a further fourteen day period from the date of refund email request to JW Books to return the product to us. Please note due to the nature of business there may not be opportunity for a replacement product to be sent to the customer. 

Products are posted to customers following sale via Royal Mail UK Standard postage rates determined upon weight and size of book. Products exceeding the value of £50 are posted using Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. For goods purchased by customers outside of the UK please email john@jwbooks.co.uk to discuss post and packaging cost. Parcelforce Worldwide is used for this service.
